HERBSTUDIO is a Design Label located in Düsseldorf, Germany. Our products are shipped from our studio.

Our shipping boxes are plain and unbranded, so there’s no indication of what’s inside.
Inside, you’ll find a secure, branded package that protects your product perfectly.

We accept all major payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex)

• PayPal

• Klarna (Pay Now / Pay Later / Installments)

• Apple Pay & Google Pay

• Shopify Payments

All transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment providers.

We usually need 1–2 business days to process your order.

Estimated delivery times:

• Germany: 2–4 business days

• Europe: 4–7 business days

Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Pre-Orders will begin shipping as soon as stock arrives at our studio. Customers will retrieve tracking information immediately once their order has been dispatched.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on DHL rates.
All orders are shipped climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen.

At launch, we ship within Germany and Europe. Additional regions will follow.

Unused and unopened items can be returned within 14 days.
